Selling houses is a complicated business. But it’s my business and it’s what I do well. Imagine the entire process analogous to a huge puzzle. Many pieces of the puzzle need to fit together in order to affect a smooth transaction. Pieces like:

In a Buyer's market there is a lot more competition and Buyers have plenty of choices and room to negotiate, forcing you to be very competitive when setting your price.
